The company was founded by Stig Ødegaard and Jon Warset in Norway in  2006 with a desire to challenge established industry standards. We had an idea that things should be done better, faster and with more passion.

The Bonaventura Way has proven to be a success story. We have helped many international brands launch in the Scandinavian market and take leading positions. As a result, Bonaventuras gross turnover has grown every year since its foundation. We will never stop being a challenger.

In 2020 Bonaventura Nordic was formed as a Northern European Trading Group.  Six strong trading companies in Scandza was joined into one organization. Bonaventura Nordic has subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, UK and Estonia.
